  • Recruit IT specialists, Artists, Game Designers, and more;

  • Conducting a full recruiting cycle;

  • Communication with hiring managers (In English) to formulate requirements and tasks for vacancies;

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management

  • Maintaining a database of candidates and forming a personnel reserve.


  • 1+ year of experience as a recruiter in the IT field with a full cycle of vacancies;

  • Experience in filling vacancies at the Middle / Senior level;

  • Search for candidates using various sources and tools including personal network and company employees network;

  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates including phone interviews, in-person interviews, and virtual interviews.

2D Game Artist

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Game Artist to join our growing creative team and work on our next super exciting game. You will work closely with the Art director, game designers, and technical artists as part of an experienced game team. 

The ideal candidate will be a very talented artist, versatile in his skills, and a great team player.

As for professional skills and experience, our main requirements are:


Major Responsibilities:

1. To create game concepts, main characters design, environments: backgrounds, buildings, props (objects), etc. in cartoon style.

2. The 2D Artist will participate in brainstorming sessions and translate ideas into illustrations. 

3. Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a tight schedule

4. Bring the creative ideas from Sketch to Color



1. A very creative person with a passion for casual games.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in casual games ( Match 3, Builder, etc.) - Mid-Senior & Senior levels.

3. Strong isometric skill and experience with interiors and objects. Characters and UX are an advantage! This includes Drawing, Color, Composition, and Conceptual ideation abilities 

4. Quick sketching methods and the ability to create accurate sketches

5. Ability to meet deadlines

6. Full-time job is a must 

7. Tools: Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Quality Assurance Engineer

The first QA in Funzy !!! Working with the scrum team, you will be responsible for establishing QA practices in Funzy to apply and maintain quality standards. Developing, modifying, and executing software test plans, automating scripts and programs for testing. You will also analyze and write test standards and procedures, maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of our games. You will ensure existing functionality works as expected, recommend any corrective action, consults with development engineers to resolve problems, and coordinate automation efforts with the tech team.



  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance methodology

  • Developing and maintaining test strategies, regression plans, cross-feature plans, test cases, and automation.

  • Working with tech team using Agile methodology

  • Writing and working with test case documentation

  • Cross-platform manual testing: Android, iOS

  • Working with in-house backend and BI systems

  • Working with in-house and external test tools

  • Manual exploratory and regression testing

  • Investigating issues in production


  • At least two years of experience in QA

  • Enthusiastic about learning and implementing new methodologies and tools

  • Good communication skills in English

Technical Game  Designer

Funzy's new game is wrapped in an amazing story built by a team of professional writers and artists. But their words, art, and animation should be all integrated into the game. 

Working with the scrum team, you will be responsible for implementing game narratives using internal tools. Working closely with product and art teams, you will help Funzy build the best tools for narrative-based games.


  • Establishing and maintaining technical narrative integration

  • Integrating meta game narrative

  • Integrating meta game art

  • Working with in-house narrative tools


  • Good communication skills in English and ability to write and work with technical documentation in English

  • Technical skills and orientation

  • Enthusiastic about learning and implementing new methodologies and tools

Experienced Level Designer

The level designer is a crucial piece of our game. As a level designer, you are responsible for the main experience of our users. You will own the entirety of content design including delivering top-notch levels, Creating concepts for new gameplay elements, and shaping level difficulty and progression all the while using data analysis to tune and perfect your work.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and test level content for our bubble shooter game.

  • Use data and player feedback to continuously improve and maintain existing level content.

  • Suggest new features, mechanics, and designs to keep introducing thrill for our users. 

  • Work closely with other team members - Product, Artists, and developers to ensure the game’s success.

Required Experience And Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience designing puzzle games levels. Bubble shooter is an advantage, but match-3, Blast, and other sub0genre also work. 

  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, specifically puzzle games

  • Strong level design skills as well as theoretical or practical knowledge of level design and core gameplay

  • Solid understanding of game balancing and pacing

  • Ability drive level design through each applicable stage of production: concept, wireframe, prototype, implementation, and refinement through to final sign-off

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions to create and refine the best possible content experience  

  • Experience working within a game production team and/or knowledge of game production best practices

  • Fluent level of English
