We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator that will also be involved in HR and recruitment activities. Your first goal is to undertake office and HR administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Once this is done (and we hope this will be done fast) you will get all the freedom and support to grow into HR tasks which we consider the heart of our company. 
This is a position for someone very experienced that knows that managers in startups also do basic tasks OR someone more junior that has all the potential and just needs her chance.
You will report directly to the CEO in Israel, and work closely with the managers in Kyiv. 

Your administration responsibilities will include:

 

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedure

  • Arrange company activities such as Happy Hours, Team Building events, etc.  Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data

  • Manage travel arrangements for visits from out of Kyiv

  • Control the recruitment process of new candidates to ensure the processes are fast and flawless.

  • Manage HR events such as receiving new employees, birthdays, and other occasions.

  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

 

Your HR responsibilities CAN include:

  • Join or conduct HR interviews for candidates. 

  • Managing recruitment process

  • Branding the company (Website, LinkedIn, DOU, and other channels)

  • Leading HR processes like employees assessments, training, etc.
     

To succeed you should have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Passion to listen and get to know people

  • Familiarity with office management procedures 

  • Intermediate English or above

  • High school diploma

 

It will help if you have:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR roles 

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles

  • BSc/BA in psychology or relevant field​
